International Journal of Buddhist Thought & Culture

 
       This association publishes the bi-annual English journal, "International Journal of Buddhist Thought & Culture "(IJBTC). IJBTC has evolved from "International Journal of History of Buddhist Thought ". The same kind of issue named "Eastern Buddhist " was published for the first time in Japan in 1924.

This journal is the only international Buddhist journal in Korea, and the fourth of its kind around the globe. More than 10 counties' scholars are now participating as editorial members of this journal. Vol. 2 of this journal is being used as a Korean Buddhist text in western countries. The association issued Vol. 5 in 2004. This journal has been distributed to more than 150 universities globally while more than 30 overseas university libraries now subscribe.

본 학회는 불교영문학술지 "International Journal of  Buddhist Thought & Culture "(IJBTC)를 연 2회 발행합니다. IJBTC는 "International Journal of History of Buddhist Thought "에서 발전된 것입니다. 이와 같은 간행물은 1924년 일본에서 "Eastern Buddhist "라는 명칭으로 처음 발간되었습니다.

본 학술지는 불교전문 영문학술지로는 세계에서 4번째이며 국내에서는 유일한 국제저널입니다. 10 개국 이상의 학자들이 이 저널의 편집진으로 참여하고 있습니다. 우리 학회에서는 2004년에 제 5호를 발간했으며, 제 2호는 서양에서의 한국 불교 고전을 다루고 있습니다. 이 저널은 전 세계의 대학 150 군데 이상에 배포되며, 그 가운데 30 곳 이상의 도서관에서는 이를 정기 구독하고 있습니다.
